Junior
Our Junior program is designed for dancers ages 9–12 who are ready to deepen their training across multiple styles. This level blends ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, conditioning, turns, and pre‑pointe into a well‑rounded curriculum that builds strength, artistry, and confidence. Students may enter Junior classes with or without prior experience, though many dancers advance from Petitie.
Our Junior classes are designed for dancers who are 9 years old by September 1st and ready to continue building strong, well‑rounded technique.
Ballet
Ballet remains the foundation of all dance training. At this level, dancers refine alignment, posture, strength, and vocabulary while learning more detailed technique. Ballet helps dancers develop control, balance, and the body awareness needed for higher‑level skills in every style.
| Class | Day | Time |
| Ballet I | Monday | 5:30 – 6:30 PM |
| Ballet/ Jazz | Thursday | 6:30 – 7:30 PM |
| Ballet II | Friday | 5:30 – 6:30 PM |
Tap
Tap training continues to build rhythm, timing, clarity of sound, and musical awareness. Level 3 dancers work on more complex patterns, weight shifts, and combinations that strengthen coordination and sharpen their ability to hear and respond to music.
| Class | Day | Time |
| Tap/ Jazz I | Monday | 4:30 – 5:30 PM |
| Tap II | Friday | 4:30 – 5:30 PM |
Jazz
Jazz introduces dancers to stronger movement quality, style, and energy. Students learn jazz terminology, body placement, and faster‑paced technique. Center work, across‑the‑floor progressions, and flexibility training prepare dancers for more advanced jazz skills in future levels.

| Ballet/Jazz | Thursday | 6:30 – 7:30 PM |
| Jazz / Tap | Monday | 4:30 – 5:30 PM |

| Class | Day | Time |
| * Lyrical | Wednesday | 5:30 – 6:30 PM |
Conditioning & Turns
This class focused work on strength, flexibility, and control. Conditioning supports safe technique and prepares dancers for more demanding skills. Turn training introduces spotting, core engagement, balance, and proper alignment—helping dancers build consistency and confidence in pirouettes and other turning elements.

| Conditioning & Turns | Tuesday | 6:30 – 7:30 PM |
Pre‑Pointe and Pointe
Pre‑Pointe and Pointe work may be introduced at the discretion of the instructor. Dancers must demonstrate the strength, alignment, and readiness required for safe pointe training. Pre‑Pointe focuses on ankle strength, balance, proper placement, and the technical foundations needed before progressing to pointe shoes.
