Ballet
Ballet remains the foundation of all dance training. Teen / Senior dancers refine precision, alignment, turnout, strength, and control while expanding their vocabulary through more complex barre and center work. Emphasis is placed on clean technique, stamina, artistry, and preparation for pointe and advanced choreography.

Tap
Tap training at this level focuses on speed, clarity, rhythmic layering, and musical interpretation.
